Each participant receives a robust set of tools designed to support their success now and into the future. This includes topic-by-topic materials, practical job aids, sample forms, and curated resources you can refer to long after the program ends.
Every session will include exercises and practice time with other class participants outside of class. Time will also be allotted for real-world Q&A— your instructors make themselves available to you. Whether you’re navigating a challenge today or preparing for the road ahead, they are committed to helping you grow, lead, and succeed.
All content and recordings of live sessions will be accessible online for 30 days following the end of the Course series. Certificates of Completion are provided to individuals who participate in each live session or watches the recording of all missed live sessions; time is verified by the system.

Full refund if your cancellation is received 14 or more days prior to the start of the series.
No refund if you cancel with less than 14 days' notice.
No partial refund if you are unable to attend all sessions.
Minimum Technology Requirements
To ensure a smooth and engaging learning experience, each individual participant should have access to the following:
A reliable internet connection capable of supporting video streaming
A computer, laptop, or tablet with audio and video capability (microphone and camera)
Speaker or headset for clear audio during discussions and presentations
The latest version of modern web browser such as Chrome, Edge or Firefox (Chrome preferred)
Access to email to receive updates, reminders, and messages from the trainer(s)
We recommend testing your connection and audio/video setup before each session to avoid delays or technical interruptions.
