Emotional intelligence (EQ) is the ability to recognize and manage our own emotions while also understanding and responding effectively to the emotions of others. Research consistently shows that individuals with strong emotional intelligence demonstrate better leadership, stronger relationships, improved communication, and greater resilience in the face of change.
This five-part learning series explores the core competencies of emotional intelligence and provides practical tools participants can apply immediately in their professional lives. Each 2 hour session focuses on a key component of EQ and combines education, reflection, and discussion to help participants strengthen their self-awareness, emotional regulation, empathy, and relationship skills.
Participants will learn how to better understand themselves, navigate workplace dynamics, manage emotional responses, and build stronger professional relationships.

• Motivation – Strengthening personal drive, optimism, and initiative
